Adhikari, Hari Nath, resident Puri, Bihar and Orissa. Indented and blunt nose ; high forehead ; slanting eyes ; medium complexion, build and stature ; age about 48 (1913). Was a teacher in the Rangpur Technical School. Was made a special constable during the boycott agitation. Has a house in Puri.
