Kunthala Satakarni Vikramadithya Satavahana King

Kunthala Satakarni - 10BC - 2BC Title - Vikramadithya. Kuntala Satakarni made Sankrit as the official language. Gunadya and Sarva Varma whose association is famous with Hala were also associated with the court of Kuntala Satakarni. Sarva Varma wrote 'Katantraya vyakarana' in sanskrit. Gunadya wrote ' Brihatkatha ' in Paishachi Prakrit Language. Kuntala Satakarni caused the death of his wife Malayavathi , due to his experiment in intercourse with his wife in a new sexual position named ' Karirtha '. Vatsayana mentioned this incident his famous book 'Kamasutra'. వాత్సాయన ఋషి శృంగార క్రీడను చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా చేయాలని విషయాన్ని ప్రస్తావిస్తూ దానికి ఉదహరణగా కుంతల శాతకర్ణి అనే శాతవాహన రాజు మితిమీరిన ఉద్రేకంలో అసహజ శృంగారానికి పాల్పడి తన భార్య మరణానికి కారణమయ్యాడని ప్రస్తావించాడు.
